Shipping policy

Delivery within Singapore

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and usually ship within 1–2 business days. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (e.g. Ninja Van). During very busy periods there may be a short delay.

Delivery fees

• Standard delivery: S$5.00
• Free delivery on orders S$49 and above

The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Warehouse pickup (free)

Warehouse pickup only – no walk-in browsing. DuduToys does not have a showroom or retail store; orders are packed at a third-party fulfilment warehouse.

Pickup address: 1 Upper Aljunied Link, #05-01, Joo Seng Warehouse, Singapore 367901

1. Choose "Pickup" at checkout.
2. Wait for our "Ready for pickup" notification.
3. WhatsApp +65 9649 6703 with your order number to book a pickup time (Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm).

Please do not come to the warehouse without a confirmed pickup time.
